Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Web Developer & SEO Specialist who can manage and optimize our existing website, develop new websites, improve our online visibility, and contribute to the overall digital growth of our company.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of website development, SEO, SMO, website performance optimization, and CRM development, with the ability to implement strategies that increase website traffic, improve search engine rankings, and generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management & Development: Manage, maintain, and update the existing website, troubleshoot technical issues, and develop new websites or landing pages as required.
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization): Implement on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to improve Google rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility.
• SMO (Social Media Optimization): Optimize the company's online presence across social media platforms and drive relevant traffic to the website.
• Website Optimization: Improve website speed, performance, mobile responsiveness, user experience, and conversion rates.
• CRM Development & Management: Manage and enhance the existing CRM, develop new features, automate workflows, and improve lead tracking and management.
• Website Traffic & Lead Generation: Implement strategies to increase website visits, attract relevant audiences, and convert visitors into potential customers.
• Analytics & Performance Tracking: Monitor website traffic, user behaviour, keyword rankings, and conversions using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Digital Growth: Identify opportunities to improve the company's digital presence, website functionality, search visibility, and overall online performance.
• Technical Integrations: Manage website integrations with APIs, WhatsApp, CRM systems, forms, and other business tools as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in website development and website management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, SMO, and digital marketing fundamentals.
• Experience with website optimization, speed improvement, and technical SEO.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, customization, and development.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research, and SEO tools.
• Knowledge of website technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress, or other relevant platforms.
• Ability to identify technical issues and independently implement solutions.
• A growth-oriented mindset with a focus on increasing website traffic, search rankings, and business leads.

Preferred Candidate

We are looking for someone who is technically strong, takes initiative, stays updated with the latest web development and SEO practices, and can independently manage our website and related technical requirements while helping the business grow online.

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
