Role Description The Web Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining web applications, including both front-end interfaces and back-end services. Daily tasks include writing clean, efficient code, troubleshooting and resolving issues, optimizing performance, and collaborating with designers, product owners, and other engineers. The Web Developer will implement responsive layouts, integrate APIs and databases, and ensure cross-browser and cross-device compatibility. The role also includes participating in code reviews, following secure development practices, and contributing to continuous improvement of the development process and documentation.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Front-End Development and Web Design skills, including experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive UI frameworks.
• Candidates should possess Back-End Web Development skills, such as working with server-side languages, frameworks, APIs, and databases.
• Candidates should possess solid Web Development skills that cover end-to-end application development, deployment, and maintenance.
• Candidates should possess Programming skills, including understanding of data structures, algorithms, version control (e.g., Git), and debugging techniques.
• Candidates should have familiarity with modern development tools, build systems, and package managers (e.g., npm, Webpack, or similar).
• Candidates should demonstrate good problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work effectively in an on-site, collaborative team environment.
• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Experience with security best practices, performance optimization, and testing frameworks is an advantage.
