Web Developer / Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and tech-savvy Web Developer / Executive Assistant to support our client’s coaching and professional services business. This role is mostly remote and combines hands-on web development with executive and client support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Web Development

• Design, develop, and maintain company and client websites
• Provide ongoing website updates, troubleshooting, and support
• Collaborate on website improvements to enhance user experience and performance

Executive & Administrative Support

• Manage email correspondence and respond to client inquiries professionally
• Support client onboarding processes
• Coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and schedule appointments
• Respond to clients via group chats and other communication channels
• Assist with operational tasks, including drop-shipping business support

Required Skills & Experience

• At least 3 years proven web development experience (WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or similar platforms)
• Ability to build responsive, functional, and visually appealing websites
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (excellent English required)
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines
• Entry-level to junior candidates may apply, provided they have practical experience

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
• Experience with e-commerce or drop-shipping platforms
• Previous experience supporting executives or business owners

Work Details

• Work Mode: Mostly Remote
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
• Start Date: ASAP

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: ₦250,000 - ₦300,000 per month
• Performance-Based Incentive: Percentage commission on each website created

Assessment Stage

Shortlisted candidates will be required to develop a website as part of the final interview process.
