Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and practical Web Developer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, updating, maintaining, and improving websites and web-based projects.

This position is suitable for freshers and candidates with basic practical knowledge of web development. Candidates who have learned web development through a Diploma, Polytechnic, ITI, certification course, or practical training are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain websites and web pages.
• Work with HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript.
• Make website layouts responsive for desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
• Update website content, images, pages, forms, and other elements.
• Fix basic website errors and functionality issues.
• Work with existing websites and make required modifications.
• Assist in developing new website features and pages.
• Work with basic WordPress, Shopify, or other website platforms where required.
• Use Git/GitHub for basic code management where applicable.
• Coordinate with the design and digital marketing team for website-related requirements.
• Test websites for functionality, responsiveness, and basic browser compatibility.
• Learn and work with new web technologies and AI-assisted development tools.
• Maintain basic documentation of website changes and updates.
• Perform other web-development-related tasks assigned by the management/team lead.

Required Skills

• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Understanding of responsive website design.
• Basic knowledge of Git/GitHub is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress or Shopify is an advantage.
• Familiarity with AI tools for coding and website development is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and learning ability.
• Willingness to learn new technologies.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Educational Qualification

Any one of the following is acceptable:

• Diploma in Computer Science / IT / Web Development
• Polytechnic Diploma
• ITI with relevant computer/IT training
• Other recognized computer/web-development certification
• Candidates with practical web-development skills may also be considered.

B.Tech/B.E. is not mandatory.

Experience

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 0–2 years of practical experience can apply.
• Candidates with personal projects, training projects, internship experience, or portfolio websites are encouraged to apply.

What We Look For

We are more interested in practical skills, willingness to learn, and the ability to work on real projects than in a particular degree.

Candidates who can demonstrate their skills through projects, portfolios, websites, internships, or practical work will be considered.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
