Web Developer Officer

We are looking for a Web Developer / E-Commerce Website Specialist who can manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and enhance our e-commerce website.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on knowledge of e-commerce website navigation, website configuration, customer accounts, order management, checkout processes, payment methods, and system integrations. The candidate must be able to identify website issues and implement improvements to ensure smooth and efficient website operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain, monitor, and improve the company's e-commerce website.
• Navigate and manage website features, product pages, customer accounts, and website content.
• Manage and troubleshoot order management and checkout processes.
• Configure, test, and troubleshoot payment methods and payment gateway integrations.
• Check the proper connection between customer accounts, orders, payments, and other website functions.
• Identify and resolve website errors, bugs, broken links, and functionality issues.
• Perform website calibration, configuration, testing, and enhancements.
• Improve website functionality, user experience, speed, and overall performance.
• Assist in integrating third-party tools, applications, and systems.
• Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to assist with coding, troubleshooting, website calibration, content improvement, and website enhancement.
• Ensure that AI-assisted solutions are properly reviewed and tested before implementation.
• Coordinate with other departments regarding website, order, payment, and e-commerce concerns.
• Assist with website-related digital marketing activities when needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of IT, Computer Science, Web Development, Software Development, or a related field.
• With experience in Web Development and/or E-Commerce Website Management.
• Strong understanding of how e-commerce websites function from customer account creation to checkout, payment, order processing, and fulfillment.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web development technologies.
• Experience with website troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization.
• Knowledge of payment gateways, APIs, and third-party integrations is an advantage.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT or AI-assisted development tools.
• Can work independently and effectively coordinate with different departments.
• Knowledge or experience in Digital Marketing is a advantage.
• Experience in payment gateway and e-commerce system integration.
