Web Developer Staff

About the role

PT Cipta Mandiri Wirasakti is seeking a detail-oriented, communicative Web Developer Staff with strong website maintenance capabilities. This position is responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining websites and web-based applications according to company needs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain websites and web-based applications according to company needs.
• Create responsive, attractive, and user-friendly frontend interfaces.
• Develop and manage server-side (backend), database, and API.
• Ensure websites have optimal performance, security, and accessibility.
• Perform debugging, bug fixes, and feature improvements on existing websites.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and related divisions in system development.
• Perform integration with third-party services as needed.
• Prepare technical documentation related to application development and maintenance.
• Follow web technology developments to improve system quality.

About you

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Backend / Web Developer (CodeIgniter project experience must be included in portfolio).
• Able to analyze and solve technical problems effectively.
• Good communication skills and able to work individually and in teams.
• Proficient in CodeIgniter framework (version 3 or 4).
• Proficient in PHP, MySQL/PostgreSQL, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (AJAX/jQuery).
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Detail-oriented with attention to detail.
• Able to work according to targets and deadlines.
• Quick learning ability towards new technology.
• Quality-oriented and focused on user satisfaction.
