Role Overview

This role owns the technical health and search visibility of both the Nuvento and Xignifi websites. The candidate will get development support as needed but must independently drive technical SEO, on-page and off-page SEO, website auditing, and conversion rate optimization (CRO) - while staying current with emerging search and AI-visibility disciplines (AEO, GEO, AIVO, SXO, and AI Overviews).

Roles Responsibilities

• Own the technical health of the Nuvento and Xignifi websites, coordinating with developers for fixes and enhancements.

• Conduct regular website audits for SEO - crawlability, indexability, site speed, structured data, and technical errors.

• Manage and analyze performance via GA4 and Google Search Console; report on organic traffic, rankings, and technical issues.

• Drive on-page SEO (metadata, internal linking, content structure) and off-page SEO (backlinks, authority building) for both brands.

• Identify and fix technical SEO errors - broken links, crawl errors, indexing issues, schema markup, Core Web Vitals.

• Run CRO-based optimizations on key website pages to improve conversion performance.

• Track and adapt to emerging search behaviors - AEO, GEO, AIVO, SXO, and visibility in AI Overviews and other AI-driven search surfaces.

• Work closely with the Content and Marketing team to align technical SEO with content and campaign strategy.

Required Skills Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with technical SEO - site audits, on-page and off-page SEO.

Working proficiency in GA4 and Google Search Console.

• Ability to diagnose and fix website SEO errors (in coordination with development support).

Experience with CRO-based website optimization.

• Basic to intermediate web development knowledge (HTML/CSS/CMS platforms) to work effectively with the dev team.

Good to Have Familiarity with AEO, GEO, AIVO, SXO, and AI Overview optimization. Experience auditing or optimizing B2B/IT services or SaaS websites. Exposure to schema markup, Core Web Vitals, and structured data implementation.
