WordPress Developer - Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain responsive websites using WordPress
• Customize themes, plugins, and templates as per design and functionality requirements
• Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement UI/UX features
• Ensure websites are optimized for speed, performance, and mobile responsiveness
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve website issues promptly
• Maintain website security, backups, and regular updates
• Stay up-to-date with WordPress and web development best practices

WordPress Developer - Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor s degree/diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS (frameworks/preprocessors), JavaScript, and jQuery; Strong hands-on experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, custom post types)
• Basic knowledge of PHP, SQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
• Familiarity with SEO principles and website analytics tools
• Knowledge of tools like Elementor, WPBakery, or similar page builders is a plus
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Tech Support Executive - Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware/software issues
• Collect inquiries from multiple social media platforms direct customer interactions to ensure accurate and relevant responses, with a Point of contact.
• Identify and resolve technical problems provide desired solutions.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively assist customers and provide accurate information.
• Accurately document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in our support database for future reference and analysis.
• Collaborate with the product development team by conveying customer feedback and recurring issues to drive continuous improvement.
• Escalate complex technical issues to higher-level support or development teams

Tech Support Executive - Requirements & Qualifications

• 0 3 years of experience in technical/customer support (depending on the level)
• Hands-on experience in the LSQ tool, Zandex, and Ozonetel software.
• Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, common software applications, and networking basics
• Excellent communication skills and profound knowledge of email marketing
• Familiarity with helpdesk software and remote support tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Tech Support Executive - Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of CRM or ERP systems.
• Experience with SaaS-based products (Software as a service).
