About the Role

SINGEM is looking for dynamic and technically inclined individuals to join our Web Development & Digital Marketing team. The role involves managing and improving websites, creating digital campaigns, supporting SEO and social media activities, generating online engagement, and using AI and digital tools to strengthen SINGEM's online presence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update and maintain websites and web pages.
• Work with WordPress and other web development or no-code tools.
• Create and manage landing pages, forms and website content.
• Support website performance, SEO and user-experience improvements.
• Plan and execute digital marketing activities across relevant platforms.
• Manage social media content, posts, reels, stories and online engagement.
• Support SEO, keyword research and website visibility initiatives.
• Generate and support leads through digital marketing channels.
• Conduct market, competitor and audience research.
• Monitor website and digital marketing performance and prepare basic reports.
• Use AI tools for website development, coding assistance, content creation, research and marketing.
• Coordinate with sales, PR, content and design teams for digital campaigns and business initiatives.
• Troubleshoot basic website and digital-platform issues and coordinate technical fixes.
