Web Director

🚀 We’re hiring: Director of Web Operations (Global)

We’re looking for an entrepreneurial performance marketing leader to build and scale our Global Web business into a stand-alone, highly profitable business unit.

This is not a traditional “manage the website” role.

You’ll own the P&L, growth strategy, media buying, O&O assets, strategic partnerships, attribution, compliance, and operational scaling — from acquiring demand to building and optimizing proprietary lead-gen properties.

🔹 What you’ll own:

• Build and scale Pay Per Call & lead generation verticals

• Own regional P&L, revenue and profitability

• Acquire advertisers, agencies and strategic partners

• Build and scale O&O web properties

• Lead performance media buying across Search, Social & Display

• Optimize attribution, tracking, routing and conversion flows

• Oversee reconciliation, fraud prevention and TCPA compliance

• Work closely with tech, data and design teams to automate and scale operations

🔹 We’re looking for someone with:

• 6+ years in performance marketing leadership

• Strong Pay Per Call, lead gen or affiliate network experience

• A proven track record of building/scaling web performance businesses

• Hands-on knowledge of Retreaver, Everflow, HasOffers, Impact, Awin or similar platforms

• Strong understanding of attribution, ping/post, pixels and retargeting

• Advanced Excel / Google Sheets skills and reporting automation experience

• Deep knowledge of TCPA and inbound call compliance

• Strong network across North America / Europe
