Web Graphic & Digital Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Web Graphic & Digital Designer to join the creative team at STACKph. This is a full-time position based in Taytay, Rizal. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling digital content and web designs that elevate our brand presence in the hospitality and tourism sector. You will play a crucial part in translating our creative vision into engaging digital experiences that resonate with our audience and drive business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop visually appealing websites and web interfaces that align with brand guidelines and user experience best practices
• Create engaging digital graphics, including social media content, promotional materials, banners and advertisements for various digital platforms
• Collaborate with marketing, content and business teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions that meet strategic objectives
• Maintain consistency across all digital and graphic design outputs, ensuring adherence to brand identity and visual standards
• Optimise designs for different devices and screen sizes to ensure responsive and seamless user experiences
• Incorporate user feedback and conduct design iterations to continuously improve digital assets and website functionality
• Stay current with design trends, tools and technologies relevant to web and graphic design within the hospitality and tourism industry
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining high quality standards

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a web designer, graphic designer or similar digital design role, with a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both web and graphic design
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma or equivalent tools
• Strong understanding of web design principles, including user experience (UX), user interface (UI) design and responsive design practices
• Excellent visual communication skills with a keen eye for aesthetics, colour theory, typography and composition
• Experience in designing for the hospitality and tourism sector is advantageous and will be viewed favourably
• Knowledge of web development basics (HTML, CSS) is beneficial but not essential
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work creatively under pressure and tight deadlines
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work consistently
