Web Graphic Designer

A real estate marketing team needs someone who can build, launch, and manage digital touchpoints end to end — without hand-holding. This is a full-time contractor role for a mid-level Graphic Designer with genuine hands-on experience in Wix, WordPress, and Canva, working remotely from the Philippines on Australian business hours.

THE ROLE

You will own the production side of a busy real estate marketing operation — building and maintaining agent websites, executing email campaigns through Zoho, and delivering event collateral from brief to live with minimal supervision. This is a high-output role where accuracy, initiative, and responsiveness are non-negotiable. If you thrive on clear deliverables, fast turnaround, and real ownership of your work, this role is built for you.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Build and update agent websites on Wix and WordPress, including Magento-to-Wix migrations, with first drafts of new sites delivered within two to three business days of receiving all required assets
• Build, test, and schedule EDMs using Zoho Marketing Automation and Zoho CRM, completing full pre-send checks across links, dates, spelling, segmentation, imagery, and mobile formatting before every send
• Create event marketing collateral and manage all associated marketing actions, progressing each brief from concept through to completion independently
• Manage ad-hoc design and marketing requests by reviewing briefs, identifying next steps, and moving work forward without repeated prompting
• Follow up proactively on missing information, approvals, and outstanding feedback, and investigate issues thoroughly before escalating with a clear summary of what has already been tried
• Conduct thorough desktop and mobile QA checks on layouts, links, forms, imagery, and content before submitting for review or pushing to live environments
• Maintain clear, timely written communication with the marketing manager via Slack throughout the Australian business day with real-time responsiveness

WHAT YOU BRING

• Minimum of 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio of marketing design work and completed websites.
• Advanced hands-on proficiency in Wix, including website design, development, layout management, content updates, and ongoing maintenance.
• At least intermediate proficiency inWordPress, including website updates, content management, and layout adjustments. Advanced proficiency is an advantage.
• Strong Canva and graphic design skills, with proven experience creating marketing materials such as email banners, social media assets, brochures, presentations, and other digital and print collateral. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint is highly preferred.
• Hands-on experience creating email designs using Zoho, including email banners, templates, and other visual assets for email marketing campaigns.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple design projects independently.
• Candidates must provide a portfolio showcasing both marketing design work and completed websites, ideally including examples of websites built using Wix or Wordpress.

WORK ARRANGEMENT

This is a full work-from-home role. You will work from your own home office, maintaining real-time availability and responsiveness during Australian business hours.
