What they need
About the role
Ensure that all website operating properly and content display available. Transaction or purchase process can run proper for buying product from our Website / channel.
Key responsibilities
- Create daily data for discrepancy price & stock from all website in order to check if there is any discrepancy between Database & website and info each PIC website
- Monitoring data SKU upload in order to ensure data is available to be uploaded within specific website or not
- Monitoring all website to check product display properly
- Monitoring promotion schedule commercial, social media, content & web operation team align with the promotion
- Discussed with PIC website if there is any issue and try to solved before info to related division
- Lead issue task with internal / external division before info to manager
- Compile report from all PIC website in order to create reporting related to issue and that issue is solved or not within by end of day
About you
- Education – S1 any major
- Experience 1 year in web operation/UI UX
- Familiar with excel, SAP, magento, and other system needed is a plus
- Good with communication and fast learner
- English ability both oral and written
