About the Role

We are looking for a WordPress Page Publishing Expert with at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing and publishing website content using WordPress.

The person will be responsible for creating new pages, updating existing pages, formatting content, uploading images, managing links, and ensuring that pages are properly published and displayed across desktop and mobile devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and publish new pages using WordPress.

• Update and maintain existing website pages.

• Add and format text, images, videos, tables, buttons, and hyperlinks.

• Upload and manage images and other media files.

• Work with the WordPress Gutenberg editor and/or page builders such as Elementor.

• Maintain proper page structure, headings, spacing, and formatting.

• Add and update basic SEO elements such as:

• Page title

• Meta description

• URL/slug

• H1/H2 headings

• Image alt text

• Internal links

• Check all links, images, buttons, and page elements before publishing.

• Ensure pages are properly displayed on desktop and mobile.

• Identify and fix basic WordPress publishing and formatting issues.

• Make content changes based on instructions provided by the business/marketing team.

• Maintain consistency in website design, formatting, and content presentation.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of practical WordPress experience.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of WordPress CMS.

• Experience creating and editing website pages.

• Experience with Gutenberg and/or Elementor.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.

• Basic understanding of on-page SEO.

• Good understanding of images, hyperlinks, buttons, forms, and website content formatting.

• Ability to independently troubleshoot common WordPress publishing issues.

• Good attention to detail.

• Good communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of SEO.

• Experience with Google Search Console.

• Experience managing a business website.

• Familiarity with WordPress plugins.

• Basic understanding of website speed and mobile responsiveness.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
