Web Scraping and Software Support Specialist

We are looking for a technically minded individual to join our team and assist with web scraping, data management, and software support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor web scrapers to ensure data is collected accurately.
• Identify and troubleshoot scraper and data-related issues.
• Add, update, and maintain products and information within our datasets.
• Assist with testing and maintaining API integrations.
• Participate in API discussions with clients, suppliers, and developers.
• Assist with understanding API requirements, data fields, and integration processes.
• Provide technical and software support to clients.
• Investigate and resolve data and system issues.
• Work closely with the development team on technical requirements and solutions.

Requirements:

• Good technical and analytical skills.
• Understanding of web scraping and data extraction.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical people.

Previous experience with web scraping, APIs, data management, or software support would be advantageous.

Pay: R10 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
