Job Summary:

We are looking for a Web/SharePoint Developer and Administrator to maintain, modernize, and develop custom enterprise solutions within a Microsoft 365 GCC SharePoint Online environment. This role encompasses full-lifecycle development (SPFx, workflows, custom forms) and site collection administration, permissions, and governance.

Key Responsibilities:

• U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.
• Active Security Clearance
• Build custom SPFx components, modern SharePoint pages, Power Automate workflows, and custom forms.
• Modernize agency intranet sites and digital collaboration tools.
• Manage SharePoint architecture, permissions, metadata, taxonomy, site collections, and publishing workflows.
• Perform web administration for public and internal sites (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ensure site accessibility (Section 508 compliance), security, and seamless API/cloud integrations.

Basic Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is strictly required.

• Active Security Clearance
• Experience:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in web development and SharePoint development.
• Minimum 5 years of experience administering SharePoint Online / SharePoint Server.
• Technical Skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, REST API, Microsoft Graph, SPFx, Power Automate.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Certifications: Microsoft Certified: M365 Developer Associate, Power Platform Developer, SharePoint Administrator, or M365 Administrator.
• Experience migrating legacy SharePoint sites or custom workflows into modern M365 GCC cloud environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of Section 508 web accessibility auditing tools (e.g., WAVE, AXE).
• Experience integrating SharePoint Online with external REST APIs and Microsoft Copilot / AI tools.
• Proven ability and willingness to step into cross-functional IT/cybersecurity roles as operational needs arise. Because this is a lean, highly collaborative team supporting a small federal agency, candidates are expected to participate in cross-training, share operational coverage, and flex beyond strict job boundaries to maintain continuous mission support.

Pay: $85,900.00 - $104,000.00 per year
