ob Summary:

Responsible for managing the online store, processing customer orders, maintaining warehouse inventory, coordinating packing and dispatch, and ensuring timely delivery of online orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process online orders and monitor order status.
• Coordinate with the customer service team regarding order inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff.
• Manage receiving, checking, storing, and issuing of stock.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the system.
• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure proper product labeling, storage, and organization.
• Monitor damaged, missing, and returned items.
• Ensure online orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately.
• Coordinate with courier companies for timely shipment and delivery.
• Verify product quantities and SKUs before dispatch.
• Prepare invoices, packing lists, and dispatch records where required.
• Track pending, cancelled, returned, and delivered orders.
• Prepare daily reports covering:
• Total orders received and dispatched.
• Pending and cancelled orders.
• Current stock levels and low-stock items.
• Returns, exchanges, and damaged products.
• Warehouse performance and inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain proper documentation of all stock movements.
• Allocate duties to warehouse staff and monitor performance.
• Recommend improvements to reduce errors, delays, and operational costs.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Experience in e-commerce operations and warehouse management.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems, Excel, and online selling platforms.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple orders and meet dispatch deadlines.
• Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented.

Pay: Rs85,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
