Web3 & Blockchain Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Web3 / blockchain transaction services.
• Implement crypto deposits, withdrawals, transfers, swaps, and payments.
• Handle the full transaction lifecycle: creation, validation, signing, broadcasting, confirmation, and reconciliation.
• Integrate and maintain multiple blockchain networks and digital assets.
• Work with blockchain RPCs, nodes, indexers, and Web3 APIs.
• Develop wallet address generation, validation, balance synchronization, and transaction processing.
• Handle gas fees, nonce management, confirmations, failed/stuck transactions, and transaction retries.
• Monitor and troubleshoot on-chain transactions using blockchain explorers and RPC data.
• Integrate and interact with smart contracts and token standards such as ERC-20, TRC-20, and BEP-20.
• Maintain synchronization between on-chain transactions and internal account/ledger systems.
• Implement transaction security, validation, logging, monitoring, and audit mechanisms.
• Research and integrate support for new blockchain networks and assets.

Requirements

• 3+ years of software development experience with practical Web3 / blockchain experience.
• Strong understanding of blockchain transaction lifecycle and wallet architecture.
• Hands-on experience with crypto deposits, withdrawals, transfers, or swaps.
• Strong experience with blockchain RPCs and Web3 APIs.
• Proficiency in Go, C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core), TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Rust, or similar.
• Experience with Web3 libraries such as ethers.js, viem, web3.js, web3.py, or go-ethereum.
• Good understanding of wallets, private keys, digital signatures, gas, nonce, blocks, confirmations, and token contracts.
• Experience with Ethereum/EVM chains, Tron, Bitcoin, Solana, BNB, or other major networks.
• Experience with databases and backend services.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Added advantage)

• Experience with crypto exchanges, wallets, payment platforms, or digital-asset applications.
• Experience with multi-chain transaction infrastructure.
• Experience with transaction reconciliation / internal ledger systems.
• Experience with AWS/GCP, Docker, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL/MongoDB.
• Experience working with high-volume or production blockchain transaction systems.

➢ Work Location: Menara Exchange 106, TRX (Tun Razak Exchange), Kuala Lumpur.

➢ Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
