What they need
Role primarily involves dealing with end customers via chat, responsibilities include answering customer queries related to sales & services as well as answering generic, non-generic specific questions related to products and services.
Required Candidate profile
1-year international BPO experience voice and web chat would be preferred
Web chat experience with UK/US client will be preferred.
Experience of Webchat/e-mailing process with more than 3 concurrency.
