Talent Forge is recruiting for a Webflow Developer on behalf of our client, a growing digital agency specialising in high-quality website design and development. With a strong, steady pipeline of inbound project work, our client is expanding their offshore development team to keep pace with demand.
 
About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Webflow Developer to join their development team on a remote, contractor basis. You'll work closely with the design team to bring Figma designs to life in Webflow, taking ownership of builds from handover through to completion with minimal oversight.
This is a genuine opportunity to join a team that values autonomy, trust, and long-term working relationships — our client treats contractors as core team members, not just outsourced labour.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Build and launch responsive websites in Webflow from Figma designs
• Take ownership of projects with minimal hand-holding, using initiative to solve problems independently
• Collaborate with the design and wider development team on project scoping and delivery
• Manage your own workload and communicate proactively on timelines and any blockers
• Contribute to a growing backlog of projects across a range of client industries

About You

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience building websites specifically in Webflow (not just general front-end or WordPress experience)
• A portfolio of live Webflow builds you can share and speak to
• Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly and proactively with a remote team
• Reliable, trustworthy, and able to self-manage workload and deadlines
• Strong English communication skills for daily collaboration via Teams/Google Meet
