Weblogic Administrator

Required Skills:* Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

* 5+ years of experience as a WebLogic Server Administrator.
* Strong understanding of Java Enterprise Edition (JEE) technologies, including EJBs, Servlets, JSPs, and JMS.
* Experience with configuring and managing WebLogic Server clusters.
* Experience with performance tuning and troubleshooting WebLogic Server environments.

*Experience in middleware application support and maintenance

Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain Oracle WebLogic Server instances and clusters.
* Plan and execute WebLogic Server upgrades and patches.
* Monitor and tune WebLogic Server performance, including memory usage, thread pools, and connection pools.
* Troubleshoot and resolve WebLogic Server related issues, including deployment failures, performance bottlenecks, and application errors.
* Configure and manage security for WebLogic Server domains, including user authentication and authorization, and SSL/TLS.
* Manage and deploy Java applications to WebLogic Server using tools like WLST and WebLogic Deploy.
* Work closely with development teams to ensure smooth application deployments and resolve deployment issues.
* Maintain and update documentation for WebLogic Server environments.
* Participate in on-call rotation for production support.
* Stay current with the latest WebLogic Server features and best practices.
