Texas Triggers USA is a fast-growing firearms company specializing in Forced Reset Triggers and precision components. We move fast, we launch often, and everyone here wears more than one hat. Our website is the front door to the entire business, and we are looking for one person to own it completely.

Position Overview

This is a full ownership role over our digital presence. You will run our WordPress and WooCommerce site end to end, including product listings, site updates, SEO, page speed, email and SMS marketing, and the automations that keep it all running without constant manual work. This is not a role where you wait for a ticket to come in. We need someone who spots problems, builds the fix, and improves the system on their own.

Key Responsibilities

Website & Product Listings

• Build, publish, and maintain product listings in WooCommerce
• Manage site updates, plugins, page builds, and troubleshooting
• Keep product data, pricing, inventory, and images accurate sitewide

SEO & Performance

• Own on-page SEO, keyword strategy, and content optimization
• Monitor and improve site speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile experience
• Track analytics and report on what is actually moving the needle

Email & SMS Marketing

• Build and manage automated flows including abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, and launch sequences
• Write and schedule campaigns around product drops and promotions
• Handle list segmentation and deliverability

AI & Automation

• Use AI tools like Claude to speed up content, listings, and internal processes
• Build automations connecting the website, email platform, and internal tools
• Identify manual tasks across the company and automate them

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS, plus enough PHP or JavaScript to troubleshoot
• Proven SEO experience with results you can show us
• Experience building email and SMS automation flows (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Postscript, or similar)
• Real fluency with AI tools like Claude, including prompting, workflow building, and automation. This one is not optional. We use AI daily across this company and we need someone ahead of us, not catching up.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own priorities
• Reliable transportation and onsite availability in Fort Worth

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in the firearms industry or another heavily regulated industry
• Familiarity with the payment processor, ad platform, and shipping restrictions that come with firearms
• Experience with Zapier, Make, or n8n
• Basic photo and video editing

Pay: $52,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
