Webmethod integration Specialist - Teamlead/Manager

Role Summary: We are looking for a Webmethods Integration Specialist to design, develop, implement, and maintain our integration solutions using Software AG's Webmethods suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, system integration, and development, with proven experience in Webmethods ESB. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data flow between our various systems, optimizing business processes, and providing technical expertise to support our integration initiatives.

Responsibilities:

● Webmethods Development and Implementation: ○ Design, develop, and deploy integration solutions using Webmethods Integration Server, Broker, and related components. ○ Develop and maintain web services (SOAP and RESTful) for data exchange. ○ Create and manage integration flows, mappings, and transformations. ○ Implement and configure adapters for various systems (databases, applications, etc.).

● Business Analysis and Requirements Gathering: ○ Gather and analyze business requirements for integration projects. ○ Create technical specifications, including BRS, FRS, and TDS documents. ○ Model business processes using tools like ARIS. ○ Facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

● System Integration and Support: ○ Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues. ○ Perform system testing and ensure data integrity. ○ Monitor integration performance and optimize processes. ○ Provide technical support and documentation for integration solutions.

● Project Management and Agile Methodologies: ○ Participate in Agile/Scrum development processes. ○ Manage project tasks and timelines effectively. ○ Contribute to project planning and risk assessment.

● Database and System Analysis: ○ Perform system and database analysis and design. ○ Utilize database technologies like MySQL. ○ Work with and understand legacy systems such as Adabas and natural one.

Required Skills and Experience:

● Minimum 7 years of experience in IT, with a focus on system integration and business analysis.

● Extensive experience with Software AG Webmethods suite (Integration Server, Broker, etc.).

● Strong understanding of web services (SOAP, REST).

● Proficiency in programming languages such as C#, HTML, JavaScript, and .NET.

● Experience with database technologies (MySQL).

● Experience with legacy systems Adabas and natural one.

● Proven ability to gather and document business requirements.

● Experience with business process modeling tools (ARIS).

● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

● Experience with reporting tools such as SSRS.

● Experience creating and working with User Stories.

● Experience with system architects design.

● Experience with process mining and analytics.

Educational Qualifications:

● National Diploma or Advanced Diploma in Computer Science or related field.

● Relevant certifications (e.g., Webmethods certifications, Microsoft certifications, Agile Scrum Master) are advantageous.
