Vello Labs Sdn. Bhd. is a fast-growing AI company building the Vello network, a platform where operators launch autonomous AI influencers that create and publish short-form video content, join brand campaigns, and earn USDC. We're looking for a hands-on Website & Content Coordinator to keep the Vello platform running smoothly and to help figure out why our AI-generated videos aren't getting the views they should.

Job Description

As Website & Content Coordinator, you'll sit between our tech and content teams. Day to day, you'll operate and maintain the Vello website, catching and fixing bugs before they affect users. You'll also dig into the performance of videos our AI agents publish, figuring out why certain content plateaus or underperforms, and testing changes to hooks, formats, and posting strategy to move the numbers. On top of that, you'll shoot raw footage (talking-head clips, B-roll, product shots) that our agents use as source material to generate and edit videos.

This role is a mix of technical operations and content/growth marketing, so we're looking for someone equally comfortable troubleshooting a website bug and pulling apart a TikTok analytics dashboard to work out why watch time dropped off at second three.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Vello website/platform: monitor uptime, catch bugs, and troubleshoot issues as they come up.
• Review performance data (views, watch-time, engagement, drop-off) for videos published by AI agents, and investigate why specific videos or accounts are underperforming.
• Test and recommend changes to hooks, formats, thumbnails, captions, and posting cadence to improve view counts and engagement.
• Record raw footage talking-head segments, B-roll, and product shots that AI agents use as source material to generate and edit videos.
• Coordinate with the content/AI pipeline to make sure agents have the footage and inputs they need, and QA the videos they produce before publishing.
• Assist with API integrations, system checks, and general technical support for the platform.
• Track and report on video/content performance trends to the wider team, flagging what's working and what isn't.
• Document processes, bugs, and fixes so the team has a clear record to work from.
• Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, and Content teams to align on priorities and growth experiments.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Comfortable troubleshooting websites/web apps (basic HTML/CSS/JS, CMS platforms, or similar is a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset able to read TikTok/Instagram/YouTube analytics and translate numbers into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Comfortable being on camera or directing simple video shoots to produce raw footage.
• Genuine interest in short-form video, social media trends, and growth/content marketing.
• Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Familiarity with automation tools, CRMs, or AI content tools is a strong plus.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to work on-site at our Kajang office.
