Website Content Management Specialist

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for planning, creating, editing, publishing, and optimizing web content to increase organic traffic and user conversions.

2. Content Strategy: Develop and execute a monthly editorial calendar aligned with the company’s business objectives and communication strategy

3. Website & CMS Management: Publish, update, and maintain the quality and accuracy of website content using WordPress or other Content Management Systems (CMS)

4. SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research and consistently implement on-page SEO best practices to improve website visibility and organic search rankings

5. Team & Editorial Management: Lead and coordinate content writers and designers, and review/edit content drafts to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with the company’s brand voice

6. Data Analysis & Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and regularly report on website traffic performance, user engagement metrics, and other relevant content performance indicators

7. Technical Collaboration: Collaborate with Web Developers and Digital Marketing teams to improve website performance, user experience (UX), and overall content effectiveness

Requirements & Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3–5 years of work experience in web content management, SEO, or digital journalism

2. Proficient in popular CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Contentful, or equivalent) and basic HTML/CSS

3. Strong understanding of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Google Search Console) and web analytics (Google Analytics 4)

4. Excellent writing and editing skills in both Indonesian and English

5. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight deadlines

6. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field
