Website Coordinator

BSO is looking for an organized and detail-oriented Website Coordinator to support the day-to-day administration and updating of our websites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update website information, content, and listings regularly
• Follow up on required website changes and updates
• Coordinate with different departments to collect and update information
• Review website pages to ensure information is accurate and up to date
• Follow up on pending website tasks and corrections
• Assist with basic website content administration
• Maintain organized records of updates and requests

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working with websites and online platforms
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Marketing or website administration experience is a plus
