Luxury Website Designer & Developer – Remote (Philippines)

N1 Group is a Sydney-based luxury residential design-and-build company. We are seeking an experienced website designer/developer to redesign and build a premium, high-conversion website that positions N1 alongside leading Australian luxury architecture and construction brands.

This is not a template website. We require a refined, architectural, editorial-style digital experience with exceptional project presentation, strong mobile UX, fast performance and technical marketing capability.

Scope

• Develop strategy, sitemap, wireframes, UI/UX design and full website build.
• Create a luxury, project-first visual experience: portfolio, individual project case studies, services, process, about, showroom, insights and contact.
• Build a secure, responsive CMS website that our team can update easily.
• Optimise imagery, video and galleries for high visual quality without compromising page speed.
• Create enquiry and consultation conversion paths, forms, analytics and CRM-ready lead capture.
• Provide complete handover documentation and post-launch support.

Required technical capability

• High-end UI/UX and Figma design capability; strong portfolio in luxury property, architecture, interiors or construction.
• Modern front-end development: clean semantic HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, responsive design and accessibility compliance.
• Excellent Core Web Vitals performance: image optimisation, lazy loading, caching, CDN configuration and mobile speed optimisation.
• Technical SEO: keyword-informed page architecture, metadata, canonical tags, redirects, XML sitemap, robots.txt, internal linking and Google Search Console setup.
• Structured data / Schema.org implementation, including Organization, LocalBusiness, Service, Project, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList and WebSite schema.
• AI-search / LLM visibility: clear entity-based content structure, authoritative service and project pages, machine-readable schema, FAQ content, consistent company information and content designed to be accurately understood by Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT and other AI search systems.
• GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking and reporting dashboard setup.Security, backups, staging environment, version control and documented deployment process.
