Looking for a creative and conversion-focused Website Designer who can build professional, modern, fast, and visually strong websites for an international B2B audience.

We are not looking for someone who only knows how to place sections inside a template.

We need someone who understands UI/UX, visual hierarchy, responsiveness, user psychology, landing-page structure, and how a website should convert visitors into enquiries.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design and develop modern, professional websites and landing pages.

✅ Improve the existing PCB Must Innovations website from both UI/UX and conversion perspectives.

✅ Create responsive designs for desktop, tablet, and mobile.

✅ Design high-converting landing pages for individual services and marketing campaigns.

✅ Work with WordPress, Elementor, Webflow, or similar website-building platforms.

✅ Create visually strong hero sections, service pages, portfolio pages, case-study pages, contact pages, and lead-generation forms.

✅ Improve website navigation, information architecture, and user journey.

✅ Optimize website layouts for lead generation and conversion.

✅ Ensure fast page-loading speed and good Core Web Vitals.

✅ Implement basic on-page SEO requirements.

✅ Coordinate website design with digital marketing campaigns.

✅ Create or integrate forms, CTAs, WhatsApp/contact options, Calendly, analytics, tracking pixels, and other required integrations.

✅ Perform regular website updates and maintenance.

✅ Test websites across different screen sizes and browsers.

What We Are Looking For

✅ Minimum 1 year of practical website-design experience.

✅ Strong sense of UI/UX and modern web-design principles.

✅ Good knowledge of WordPress and page builders such as Elementor.

✅ Understanding of responsive web design.

✅ Ability to design professional B2B and technology-focused websites.

✅ Good understanding of typography, spacing, visual hierarchy, layout, and consistency.

✅ Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is strongly preferred.

✅ Ability to optimize websites for speed and usability.

✅ Understanding of SEO-friendly website structure.

✅ Ability to work independently and take ownership of complete pages.

✅ Strong attention to detail.
