About the Role

We're looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our digital agency specializing in hospitality and tourism websites. You'll design modern, responsive, and user-centered websites for hotels, resorts, villas, travel companies, and digital products while working closely with clients, fellow designers, and developers.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency environment and can deliver high-quality designs efficiently.

Responsibilities

• ⁠ ⁠Design responsive websites in Figma for hotels, resorts, villas, restaurants, and tourism businesses.

• ⁠ ⁠Translate client requirements into intuitive user experiences and modern UI designs.

• ⁠ ⁠Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.

• ⁠ ⁠Build and maintain reusable design systems and components.

• ⁠ ⁠Design websites that balance aesthetics, usability, and business goals.

• ⁠ ⁠Prepare clean, developer-ready Figma files using Auto Layout, Components, Variables, and proper naming conventions.

• ⁠ ⁠Revise designs based on client feedback while maintaining usability and visual consistency.

• ⁠ ⁠Collaborate closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.

• ⁠ ⁠Manage multiple client projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• ⁠ ⁠2–3+ years of UI/UX or Web Design experience.

• ⁠ ⁠Advanced proficiency in Figma.

• ⁠ ⁠Experience designing responsive websites.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong understanding of:

• ⁠ ⁠Excellent visual design skills (typography, spacing, color, hierarchy).

• ⁠ ⁠Good understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.

• ⁠ ⁠Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• ⁠ ⁠Comfortable receiving feedback and iterating quickly.

• ⁠ ⁠Strong attention to detail.

Agency Experience (Highly Preferred)

We prefer candidates who have experience working in an agency where they:
