Role Purpose

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Web Page Designer with strong hands-on experience in WordPress, Website Designing, Landing Page creating for Meta Ads and SEO. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, maintaining and optimizing company websites and landing pages to improve user experience, search engine visibility, website traffic and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website Design & Development

• Design, develop and maintain professional, responsive and user-friendly websites using WordPress.
• Create new web pages, landing pages, service pages, campaign pages and promotional pages.
• Customize WordPress themes, templates, menus, widgets and plugins.
• Ensure websites are mobile-responsive and compatible across major browsers.
• Maintain website structure, navigation, forms, images, banners and other web elements.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to implement website campaigns and promotional activities.
• Identify and resolve website errors, broken links and basic technical issues.

2. WordPress Management

• Strong hands-on knowledge of WordPress CMS is mandatory.
• Install, configure and manage WordPress themes and plugins.
• Manage website content, images, blogs and landing pages.
• Perform regular website updates and basic maintenance.
• Maintain website security, backups and plugin/theme updates.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript will be an advantage.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Implement On-Page and Off-Page SEO strategies.
• Conduct keyword research and identify relevant keywords for business pages and campaigns.
• Optimize page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, images and website content.
• Improve website indexing, organic rankings and search visibility.
• Identify SEO issues and coordinate corrective actions.
• Monitor website traffic, keyword rankings and organic performance.
• Optimize website content for local SEO, particularly for Mysuru, Bengaluru and other target markets.
• Maintain and optimize Google Business Profile and local search presence, where required.

4. Google Analytics & Search Tools

• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics / GA4.
• Use Google Search Console to monitor indexing, search performance and website issues.
• Prepare basic website and SEO performance reports.
• Track organic traffic, leads, page performance and user behaviour.

5. Content & Landing Page Management

• Create SEO-friendly website content in coordination with the content/marketing team.
• Design high-converting landing pages for marketing campaigns.
• Upload and format blogs, articles, images and promotional content.
• Ensure website content is accurate, updated and aligned with company branding.

6. Digital Marketing Support

• Support the Digital Marketing team in implementing website-based campaigns.
• Create dedicated landing pages for Google Ads, Meta Ads and other digital campaigns.
• Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing executives for website creatives and campaigns.
• Assist in improving website conversion rates and lead-generation performance.

Pay: ₹15,223.85 - ₹20,000.00 per month
