Website Developer

lead flow is an agency serving customers around Canada and U.S. Most of our customers find us online, so our website and Google presence are central to the business. We're looking for a web developer who also understands SEO to build our new site, set up our Google and social profiles, and handle ongoing updates. You'll report directly to the owner, and your work will be judged by results: calls, quote requests, and new customers. This is a long-term role with room to grow, and we pay a bonus when the targets are hit.

Responsibilities

• Build a fast, mobile-friendly website on WordPress or a similar platform
• Handle on-page SEO: page titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, image optimization, internal links, and sitemap
• Create service pages and local pages for the cities we serve
• Set up and manage Google Business Profile, Search Console, and Analytics
• Add contact forms and call tracking so every lead reaches us right away
• Create and maintain our Facebook and Instagram business pages and post regularly
• Handle ongoing maintenance: updates, backups, security, and speed checks
• Send a short monthly report covering calls, form leads, and search rankings

Requirements

• Proven experience building websites. Please send links to 2 to 3 live sites you built.
• Working knowledge of SEO, including local SEO
• Good written and spoken English
• Reliable internet connection and a computer
• Able to overlap with Eastern Time for about [2 to 3] hours a day
• Self-motivated, communicates clearly, and meets deadlines

Nice to have

• Experience with websites for local service businesses
• Basic graphic design (Canva or similar)
• Experience managing Google Business Profiles

Job details

• Type: Part-time, [15 to 20] hours a week
• Pay: ₱17.000.00 per month, plus a performance bonus for hitting agreed targets (such as launching on schedule and growing calls and leads)
• Payment: monthly by Wise or bank transfer
• Paid trial: short paid test task before a final offer
• Ownership: all domains, hosting, accounts, and site files belong to lead flow

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php67,000.00 per month
