Website Manager

Manipal Cigna is looking for a website manager to own our website performance, updates and conversions. You will be the bridge between marketing, design and tech.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and maintain the MCHI website ensuring it to up-to-date, secure and user friendly.
2. Expertise in website technologies e.g. liferay, Nextjs, react platform to make changes at the CMS level.
3. Update and upload content, including text, images and multimedia, to keep the website updated.
4. Monitor website performance, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure optimal functionality.
5. Implement SEO best practices to improve rankings and organic traffic.
6. Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns as needed.
7. Ensuring full compliance on the website with all rules and regulations.
8. Analyze website analytics data to gain insights into user behavior and identify opportunities for website enhancements.
9. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web design.

Qualifications & Experience:

1. Bachelor degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
2. Familiarity with web analytics tools like (Google analytics, Mar tech tools) and ability to interpret data to drive website improvements.
3. Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and user experience best practices.
4. Ability to communicate effectively with both tech and non-technical stakeholders.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
6. Prior technical experience of working on Martech tools will be an added advantage.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
8. Good Knowledge of Microsoft tools like PowerPoint and excel.
