Website Manager (CRO / E-commerce)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead performance and optimization of e-commerce websites across multiple regions
• Localize website content, product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys
• Monitor website performance and customer behavior using GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools
• Plan and execute A/B tests to improve landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout conversion
• Optimize UX/UI, reduce cart abandonment, and improve website conversion rates
• Manage regional merchandising, inventory visibility, and seasonal launches
• Track website sales KPIs and provide actionable performance insights
• Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, Development, and Supply Chain teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
• Ensure website compliance with regional norms and certifications

Pay: ₹303,843.80 - ₹800,000.00 per year
