Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead performance and optimization of e-commerce websites across multiple regions
- Localize website content, product pages, pricing, promotions, and customer journeys
- Monitor website performance and customer behavior using GA4, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, and similar tools
- Plan and execute A/B tests to improve landing pages, product pages, cart, and checkout conversion
- Optimize UX/UI, reduce cart abandonment, and improve website conversion rates
- Manage regional merchandising, inventory visibility, and seasonal launches
- Track website sales KPIs and provide actionable performance insights
- Collaborate with Marketing, Design, Product, Development, and Supply Chain teams to deliver seamless digital experiences
