About the Role

This role leads end-to-end website and digital project delivery, with a strong focus on WordPress. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, designers, developers and internal stakeholders to manage scope, timelines, budgets and risks, and maintain clear documentation and quality standards from planning through launch. Success requires proactive ownership, strong client communication and enough technical understanding to guide delivery without needing to code. They will lead our project teams and be responsible for releasing work that meets the agreed criteria.

This role is being recruited by Clarke Point(www.clarkepoint.com), a premier Singapore-based agency dedicated to delivering global recruitment and staffing solutions, and is for a long-term, full-time Independent Contractor.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage WordPress website projects end-to-end from scoping through launch

• Manage timelines, budgets, resources, risks and competing priorities

• Control scope changes, variations and release expectations

• Create project plans, delivery briefs, estimates and supporting documentation

• Coordinate clients, designers, developers and internal teams throughout delivery

• Lead stand-ups, planning sessions, refinements and project retrospectives

• Maintain clear client communication and stakeholder alignment

• Oversee quality assurance, UAT readiness and launch preparation

• Troubleshoot project challenges and coordinate timely resolutions

• Identify workflow improvements that strengthen delivery quality and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

Essential

●    Experience working as an Independent Contractor for an Australian, American, British or similar international clients

●    At least 3 years of digital project management or digital producer experience

●    Proven experience delivering WordPress website projects from planning through launch

●    Strong understanding of WordPress and content management system environments, with a sound understanding of web development concepts without needing to code

●    Strong project planning, estimation, refinement and release management skills, with experience managing project budgets, scope changes and variations

●    Strong organisational skills across multiple concurrent deadlines

●    Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

●    Experience using project management platforms to manage tasks, workflows and reporting

Nice to have

●    Experience with Jira or Teamwork

●    Experience with Cloudways or similar hosting platforms

●    Knowledge of WCAG accessibility, SEO, performance optimisation and UX best practices

●    Certified Scrum Master qualification or experience in agile delivery environments

Remote Work Setup Requirements

Compensation Package

• ₱70,000 to ₱90,000 per month (depending on experience)
• Long-term, full-time Independent Contractor role
• Philippines public holidays
• 12 days vacation leave per year
• 6 days sick leave per year
• ₱2,500 monthly health insurance allowance
• Fully remote, Monday to Friday, aligned with Australian business hours (with flexibility)

Butterfly is based in Melbourne, Australia, thus the work hours will follow Melbourne time (GMT +10) with some flexibility.
