Website Specialist (E-Commerce)

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and maintaining the company’s official website backend, ensuring accurate daily updates and timely content publishing.
• Assist in uploading and updating website content, including product information, news updates, and support materials, ensuring accuracy, proper formatting, and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Assist in monitoring website functionality and performance, and promptly report issues such as broken links, errors, or display inconsistencies to the relevant teams.
• Assist in handling and routing incoming website inquiries, feedback, and form submissions in a timely and organized manner.
• Assist in collecting and organizing website performance data (e.g., traffic, page views, user sources) to support analysis and reporting.
• Support efforts to ensure website content and operations comply with relevant regulations, internal policies, and brand standards.
• Provide general support for website operations tasks and initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Basic familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Shopify and etc.) is an advantage.
• Basic analytical skills with an interest in understanding website data (e.g., Google Analytics).
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to handle tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Proactive, fast learner, and able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment.
