Hours: 10–50 hours per week (seasonal and event-based)

Pay: Competitive hourly rate £10.85-£12.71

The Role

As a member of our bar team, you will be responsible for providing a friendly and professional service to wedding guests, ensuring the bar runs efficiently and contributes to an outstanding guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive and welcoming attitude.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar area.
• Processing payments accurately.
• Working closely with the venue team to ensure events run smoothly.
• Assisting with bar setup and closing procedures.
• Adhering to all licensing, health and safety, and venue procedures.

• Ability to work well under pressure during busy events.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Previous bar or hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak wedding season dates.

Additional Requirements

• This is a self-employed position.
• Due to our rural location, access to your own vehicle is preferred.
• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
