Wedding Coordinator

Must have 2+ years in the Event industry (catering, hotel, event planner, etc)

-Planner, Catering, Assistant, Day of Coordinator, Venue management, Event Planning or Day of Coordination experience preferred.

Weekend availability is a must (select weekends minimum 2 Sat/Sun per month mostly May-August months.

Willing to travel to venues usually seattle, tacoma, Snohomish, MT Vernon, some Bellingham.

Willing to sign a contract with commitment to 1 year with our company. Commitment is most important in this job and once a couple is booked to you, it’s a must to fallow through to the end.

Most your job will be remote from home with an occasional in person meeting with your couple, a venue walk through, wedding rehearsal and the day of event. Your job day of event will require a 10-12 hour days most of which is on your feet.

Duties include creating a timeline for day of, setting up décor and breaking down decor, working with vendors, emailing and calls with your couples, some heavy lifting, and working closing with your couple from day they book until they say I do. Also your attention to detail must be spot on.
