Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their wedding theme, style, and specific decor preferences
• Conceptualize and design innovative decor arrangements that align with client visions and venue specifications
• Manage the setup and breakdown of all wedding decor elements efficiently and safely on the event day
• Source, select, and upsell additional decorative items or enhancements to enhance the overall aesthetic
• Coordinate with vendors, venue staff, and other event professionals to ensure seamless execution of decor plans
• Maintain excellent time management to meet deadlines for installation and removal within event schedules
• Keep detailed organizational records of decor inventory, orders, and client preferences for future reference

Requirements

• Proven experience in decorating for weddings or events, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients and team members
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously without missing details
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality and safety
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant environments is a plus, demonstrating customer service excellence
• Knowledge of fundraising or guest services can be advantageous for client engagement and upselling opportunities
• Familiarity with hotel or event venue operations enhances understanding of logistical coordination
