Wedding Design

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate with the CRM/Client Servicing team and directly with clients to understand the event requirement, theme, and vision for the wedding or event.
• Conceptualise and finalise the event design as per the client's preference, taste, and budget, presenting mood boards, layouts, or design concepts for client approval.
• Review and revise designs based on client feedback until final sign-off, while keeping cost and feasibility in mind.
• Check available props, décor stock, and inventory before finalising a design, so the design is practical and executable with in-house resources wherever possible.
• Identify additional props, materials, or décor items that need to be sourced, rented, or fabricated for a particular design and share requirements with the procurement/vendor team.
• Coordinate with the Production department to hand over the finalised design, drawings, mood boards, and material/prop list so execution on ground goes smoothly.
• Visit sites (venue/banquet/ground) as required to understand space, dimensions, and constraints before finalising the design.
• Stay updated on current wedding and event décor trends, colour palettes, and themes to offer clients fresh and relevant design ideas.
• Prepare design estimates and costing in coordination with CRM/Accounts, ensuring the design stays within the client's approved budget.
• Coordinate with vendors (flowers, fabric, lighting, furniture, props) for design-specific requirements and quality checks.
• Maintain a record of finalised designs, mood boards, and reference images for future use and quick client presentations.
• Be available to support the design during setup/on-site execution to guide the production team wherever design clarifications are needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through timely design communication and professional presentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
