Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Graphic Designer with experience in designing wedding collaterals and a strong understanding of printing processes. The ideal candidate should be capable of creating visually appealing designs that align with wedding themes and client preferences while ensuring print-ready quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Design wedding invitations, save-the-date cards, welcome boards, itineraries, menus, signages, thank-you cards, and other wedding stationery.
• Create digital creatives for wedding events and social media.
• Develop mood boards, typography concepts, and visual themes.
• Prepare print-ready files with proper dimensions, bleeds, color profiles, and specifications.
• Coordinate with printing vendors to ensure quality production.
• Work closely with décor, production, and client servicing teams.
• Incorporate client feedback and revisions efficiently.
• Stay updated with the latest wedding, design, and printing trends.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably in weddings, events, or creative agencies.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and CorelDRAW.
• Strong knowledge of printing materials, finishes, color management, and production processes.
• Excellent typography, layout, and visual design skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience designing luxury wedding stationery and event branding.
• Knowledge of packaging, fabrication, and large-format printing.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
