At T.D.E. Wedding, we craft unforgettable, high-end wedding and event experiences across the Bay Area. We are looking for an organized, creative, and experienced Wedding Planner & Lead Event Coordinator to lead our couples through the planning process and execute flawless events on-site.

About the Role:

As a Wedding Planner at T.D.E. Wedding, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, guiding them through design choices, timeline management, vendor communication, and full wedding day execution. You will turn vision into reality, ensuring every detail is seamless and stress-free for our clients and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Management: Lead initial consultations, design meetings, planning sessions, and venue walkthroughs with couples.
• Timeline & Logistics Creation: Develop comprehensive wedding day master timelines, floor plans, production schedules, and layout specs.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with venues, caterers, photographers, florists, DJs/entertainment, and internal T.D.E. production crews to ensure unified execution.
• On-Site Day-of Coordination: Manage rehearsal and full wedding day operations from setup to teardown, managing timeline adherence and resolving live issues discreetly.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our internal design, lighting, and décor teams to align aesthetic and technical execution.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Previous Wedding Planning Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional wedding experience OR a proven portfolio of leading at least 20 weddings.
• Portfolio / Event Record: Proven track record of managing full-scale live events or wedding days.
• Weekend Availability: Must be fully available on weekends (Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays) during peak wedding season for on-site event execution.
• Organizational Excellence: Project management skills, attention to detail.
• Communication & Leadership: Excellent verbal/written communication and client-facing hospitality skills under pressure.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to travel to client meetings, our Millbrae office, and event venues across the Bay Area.
