Job Title – Wedding Planner

We are looking for a hardworking and experienced Wedding Planner manages the complete wedding planning and execution cycle, from initial client consultation through event completion and post-event follow-up. The role combines client relationship management, event planning, vendor management, commercial coordination, and on-site event execution.

Roles & Responsibilities

· Conduct client consultations and understand the client’s vision, budget, expectations, and preferences.

· Maintain professional communication and manage expectations throughout the project.

· Handle changes and complaints; obtain client approvals and maintain accurate client records.

· Develop event plans, concepts, themes, and timelines.

· Coordinate décor, entertainment, catering, photography, AV, flowers, transportation, and other services.

· Conduct venue visits, develop checklists, coordinate rehearsals, and confirm requirements before the event.

· Ensure team members follow company procedures, safety rules, and deadlines.

· Coordinate supplier schedules and monitor performance.

· Prepare project budgets and monitor costs and margins.

· Identify appropriate upselling opportunities and control additional requirements.

· Document client-approved variations and escalate commercial risks.

· Lead assigned events on-site and coordinate suppliers and event teams.

· Complete setup on time, manage the event timeline, and coordinate key wedding moments.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Wedding or event planning experience.

· Strong organization, attention to detail, and vendor coordination capability.

· Ability to work evenings and weekends and under pressure.

· Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

· Luxury wedding experience & Sales or upselling experience.

· Experience with high-value weddings

· Canva or event design knowledge

· Able to communicate in English & Arabic Native.

· Qatar Driving License is mandatory
