Wedding Planner

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to plan and execute weddings efficiently. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless wedding planning and execution within the approved budget and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate wedding functions from initial discussions to final execution.
• Understand client requirements, preferences, themes, and budgets.
• Coordinate with vendors for décor, catering, entertainment, photography, hospitality, and other wedding requirements.
• Prepare and maintain wedding checklists, schedules, cost sheets, and planning documents.
• Manage vendor negotiations, quotations, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate with design, production, hospitality, and operations teams.
• Conduct venue visits and supervise on-site wedding preparations and execution.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Handle last-minute changes, client requests, and on-ground challenges effectively.
• Ensure smooth coordination and a high level of client satisfaction throughout the wedding.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in wedding planning or wedding operations will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
