Froyle Park is a multi-award-winning 400-year-old country house wedding venue near Alton, including being named The Wedding Industry Awards’ Best Historic Wedding Venue in the South Central region.

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Wedding Sales & Showround Consultant to conduct venue viewings and help convert couples into bookings.

Previous wedding sales experience is essential.

Shifts are 8:30am–12:30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. The role is offered on a zero-hours basis, allowing you to opt in to weekends you are available to work rather than committing to every weekend.

You will typically conduct one showround per hour, giving you time to build rapport, understand each couple’s requirements and showcase Froyle Park at its best.

Responsibilities

• Conduct engaging wedding venue showrounds.
• Build rapport and understand couples’ requirements.
• Explain packages, pricing and key selling points confidently.
• Handle questions and objections.
• Provide feedback to the Wedding Manager.
• Complete follow-up calls or emails where required.
• Support Wedding Fairs, Open Days and Open Evenings.

We are looking for someone who is confident, personable, professional and sales-focused, ideally with previous wedding venue or hotel wedding sales experience.

Pay: £13.50 per hour + £25–£50 commission per successful booking. Someone working most weekends in a typical month could expect around £200 in commission, depending on booking performance.
