Responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison between clients and the venue, providing expert guidance on event services
• Coordinate all event details including entertainment and accommodations to ensure seamless execution
• Oversee venue setup and breakdown, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and according to plan
• Lead team members in delivering exceptional guest services while maintaining high standards of hospitality and professionalism

Requirements

• Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry roles such as banquet management or catering coordination
• Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with clients, vendors, and team members
• Knowledge of guest services standards and banquet procedures is highly desirable
• Leadership qualities with experience managing teams or coordinating large-scale events in a hospitality setting
