Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas to identify weed infestations and pest activity.
• Apply appropriate pest control solutions using hand tools, power tools, in accordance with safety standards and environmental regulations.
• Utilize knowledge of lawn care, landscaping, and agriculture to recommend effective treatment plans for clients.
• Operate vehicles safely for transportation between job sites, ensuring compliance with all driving regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, areas inspected, and materials used for each job.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of equipment such as sprayers, trimmers, and other power tools to optimize efficiency.
• Educate clients on best practices for weed prevention and pest management to promote long-term land health.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of pest control methods, lawn care practices, landscaping principles, and agriculture fundamentals.
• Experience handling hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and effectively.
• Ability to operate a vehicle confidently for site visits and transportation needs.
• Excellent observational skills to accurately identify pests, weeds, and damage signs.
• Good communication skills to explain treatments clearly to clients and team members.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for active tasks.
• Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry best practices.
