Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Weeding and Pruning Specialist, where your expertise will help create vibrant, healthy outdoor spaces. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining the beauty and health of gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas by carefully removing weeds, trimming trees and shrubs, and ensuring plants are properly cared for. Your work will directly contribute to the aesthetic appeal and safety of our clients’ properties. Duties

• Remove weeds from garden beds, lawns, and landscaped areas using hand tools or power equipment to promote healthy plant growth.
• Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain shape, remove dead or diseased branches, and encourage vigorous growth.
• Use hand tools such as shears, pruners, hoes, and spades to perform detailed trimming and weeding tasks.
• Operate equipment like Hedge trimmers / pruners / loppers / pole saws / weeding tools

Skills

• Strong mechanical knowledge of gardening tools, power tools.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques including pruning trees and shrubs, weed control, and horticulture principles.
• Ability to operate hand tools safely and efficiently in various outdoor conditions.
• Understanding of tree care practices including trimming and health assessment.
• Excellent physical stamina for lifting heavy materials, standing for long periods, and performing repetitive tasks outdoors.
• Good communication skills to coordinate with team members on project timelines and safety protocols. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
