Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and energetic weekend baker to join our dynamic food production team. This vital role involves baking bread and making pizza dough before the store opens to ensure fresh, high-quality products are ready for production each morning. Duties

• Prepare and bake bread and pizza dough following established recipes and standards
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment such as ovens, mixers, dough sheeters efficiently and safely
• Package finished products carefully to ensure freshness and quality during storage and transportation
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace by adhering to food safety protocols and sanitation standards throughout your shift
• Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, report shortages, and help with stock rotation
• Follow all food handling procedures diligently to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Experience

• Previous experience in food production or bakery environments is highly preferred
• Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment safely in a high-volume setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to hygiene standards
• Ability to perform basic math calculations for recipe adjustments and ingredient measurements accurately
• Proven ability to work efficiently during overnight shifts while maintaining attention to detail and consistency in product quality
