Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and take drink orders with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
• Verify guest ages using proper identification methods before serving alcohol
• Manage cash transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems
• Monitor guest behavior to promote a safe and enjoyable environment for all patrons
• Restock bar supplies as needed and assist with closing procedures at the end of each shift

Skills

• Strong background in hospitality, with experience in bartending or serving preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in beverage handling
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and change calculation
• Effective communication skills to engage with guests and team members confidently
• Restaurant or bar experience is highly desirable, demonstrating familiarity with service standards
• A positive attitude combined with reliability and a strong work ethic
